When creating a digital business card, you agree that:

• You will not upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
• You will not impersonate another person or entity.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information on your card.
• You will not use the service for spamming or unauthorized marketing.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay VCardMaker the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
